After we learn everything there is to learn about everything, all that is left to contemplate and pursue is the exploration and discovery of everything else...                                                                                                              Read more...

Most New Age books treat subjects that are very close to readers' hearts, aiming to please the reader by fitting into certain stereotypical concepts - such as the Soul, the Divine, the Mind, Higher Consciousness, and many more.  Often, the idea behind that format is to capitalize on people's hope, attempting to make the reader feel special in a divine way.  Evolutionary Exploration promotes action and assuming responsibility for the process we call life.  We can only be as special as our actions are.  From a functional perspective, Evolutionary Exploration is quite unique.

First of all, the experiments described in this book are just an initial guideline.  You will notice after experimenting for a while that you can easily begin exploring variations and new things.

One major benefit is that I no longer need to carry on a mental conversation in order to reach a particular goal – such as a state or a change.  For instance, generally if we are stressed and want to deal with it by relaxing, we use mental commands – such as actually talking to ourselves, counting, observing thoughts, etc.  Depending on our level of conditioning to respond to such internal conversation, we obtain various results.  By using the processes described in Evolutionary Exploration, you no longer need to perform such mental conversation.  Mental Stress is a by-product of neuronal activity, so it only makes functional sense to directly alter the process that generates that mental activity instead of using mental activity to supress itself.

Two obvious factors in analyzing the validity of a “method” are the results obtained (objectively speaking), and, the method's degree of usefulness (subjectively speaking).  With that in mind, consider that ALL processes that we recognize as behavior – including emotional responses, hence endocrine reactions with evident physiological effects – can be accessed and altered by anyone and at any given time (with due training).

We design pharmaceutical products, electronic devices, and various other external tools in order to access and alter how our brain function, however, we rarely realize that we already are the perfect tool for such exploration, and consequently, we literally outsource our potential.  I dare to say, for example, that although there are extraordinary powerful drugs for depression, we are capable to access and alter the chemical processes of our brain faster and with better results that any drug can.

The applications of the processes described in Evolutionary Exploration can only be limited by our unwillingness or conditioning-based inability to acknowledge and pursue the possibility to explore, experiment, and learn.

No, it cannot be a religion more than jogging can.  Evolutionary Exploration is a self-learning process about the brain's natural functionality.  More so, I consider institutionalized religion to be one of the greatest threats to the human species.

No, becoming a "better person" is up to each and every one of us, and, usually it takes a lot of trials and errors.  Evolutionary Exploration has nothing to do with morals or a "higher consciousness" - in the spiritual sense.  These are usually points of reference within one belief system or another.  Evolutionary Exploration is rather functional, so whether you choose to position yourself within a belief frame of reference or not, that is entirely up to you.

Since this is a process of exploration, there are no goals and no expectations.  Consider it an adventure into the fascinating world of you.  Evolutionary Exploration leads to a functional journey, not a spiritual dogma.

No, but like with everything else, abuse can have undesired side-effects.  If you are not sure of any of the experiments described in the book you can always contact me and talk about it before pursuing it further.

Although I was baptized - thanks to my Grandparents and my mother - it happened in the secrecy of my family's house, against my father's communist convictions, and in spite of the religious prohibition at the time.  It also happened against my will, but I was a few months old and could not express my dissatisfaction at that time.  No, I do not believe in God.  I capitalize God out of respect for those who do.

I am what I am.  Just like you, I am a unique molecular configuration in a form that we call human.  In regard to my personal process and exploration, I feel that I am just beginning a fascinating journey of discoveries, through direct participation in some of the processes taking place in my body.  I prefer exploring instead of following and I prefer sharing, as a better term than teaching, because the process that I am writing about happens anyway. I do not need to teach anyone how to do something that they are already doing.  Sharing my experience simply points out a way of tapping into that process, and since we all learn all the time, I also prefer the term experiment instead of exercise or technique.

Yes.  Being religious is a matter of individual choice.  Whether you believe in something or not, it does not affect or change the fact that your nails grow, right?  Evolutionary Exploration describes a process that precedes any interpretative process, a natural and functional process that takes place regardless of our belief system, cultural background, education, mentality, etc. However, your beliefs may affect your expectations, hence the outcome of this work.

Although the exploration in itself is as complex as the human brain, the beginning is very simple, mainly because it is a natural process involving actions we do everyday - actions that we never think of using in this particular way.  Initially, the "hardness" is mainly due to our brain's conditioning to "default" into an interpretative state.

There is no right or wrong in this case.  This is not a recipe.  It is an exploration.

It is best to experiment and discover for yourself if I am "wrong" or not, instead of believing one way or another, or, assigning a label to what I write about.  My exploration process is a personal adventure, not an attempt to demonstrate something.  That being said, and in light of science and educational advancement, I consider it essential that the process I am referring to is scientifically documented, so I am more than willing and interested to collaborate with neuroscientists and submit myself to fMRI brain tests.
